Studio Services Bookkeeping (SSB) is a division of CVG, a consultancy that helps small design firms become better businesses.

Drawing from decades of experience working with small architecture firms, CVG regularly observes firm leaders executing all business tasks themselves — with varying degrees of success. We established SSB as a trusted financial resource for small design firm leaders, empowering you to:

Our team members pass background checks before employment. SSB also engages a professional auditing firm to review our IT security annually.

Meet the SSB Team

 

  • Misty Levis

    V.P. OF FINANCE, CVG & SSB

    Misty applies her high level of organizational skills to overseeing all of CVG’s finances and our Studio Services Bookkeeping division. She manages the billing of CVG’s Investment Partners and maintains all of CVG’s financial records. Misty spent many years honing her bookkeeping skills at Midwest Clothiers and then at Wells Fargo Financial. While there, her communication skills and attention to detail led her to branch out from her financial background and accept a position as a Business Analyst. With the arrival of her first son, she started her own in-home daycare which she ran for several years until her second child entered preschool. Misty is based in Des Moines, Iowa.

  • Stephanie Meeks

    ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, SSB

    Stephanie is a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor who comes to CVG’s Studio Services Bookkeeping division with 10 years of experience in an operational role with a luxury goods company. Within her operational role, she focused on client relationships, managing inventory, dissecting clients’ profit and loss reports, and maintaining and managing budgets. Stephanie is based in Webster, NY.

  • Patricia Sanders

    ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, SSB

    Tricia is a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor, bringing 9 years of bookkeeping experience to CVG’s Studio Services Bookkeeping division. She is a process-oriented, problem solver with a customer-focused personality who is driven toward continuous improvement. Tricia enjoys traveling the world, practicing Bikram Yoga, and taking close-up photos of her dog. Tricia is based in Dallas, Texas.

  • Genette Halverson

    ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, SSB

    Genette is an experienced bookkeeper with CVG’s Studio Services Bookkeeping team, having worked in the accounting industry for over 15 years. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Upper Iowa University in Accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and going to see live music. Genette is based in Lansing, Iowa.
